How to Order Our Titles - Individual Customers

There are several ways for individual customers to order our titles: online, by mail, by telephone, or at your local book store. General information and shipping details are listed below. Each book in our web catalog has its own page with a list of ordering options.
We offer our own online shopping cart and secure transactions through PayPal; just click the "Add to Cart" button on the book's web page. You do not need a PayPal account to order with a credit card. To order without logging in to PayPal, click on the "Check Out" button, then proceed with a debit or credit card.
Shipping charges (see below) are added during the last step of your online checkout session (when you review your order).
You can order all of our titles online from other online retailers, such as Amazon.com. Look to the upper right menu on each book's page to follow the link to other online retailers. Note: Be sure to check your shipping selection as some online order forms default to the most expensive shipping option.
For those who don't feel secure ordering online, we have a Mail Order Form for you to download and place your order. Book titles (including maps) and information are listed on the form. For non-book merchandise (clothing, mugs, etc.), you must obtain the product information (product number, size, color, etc.) from the web site to complete your form. Ordering instructions are included on the order form.
You can order our products by dialing 1-518-432-6657 to place your order. We do not have a full-time fulfillment staff, but if necessary, you can leave a voicemail message with your contact information, and we will get back to you to fill your order as soon as possible.
You can visit your local book store to see if they carry our book titles on the shelf. If not, ask them to order the book for you. Note: The store may need to place a title on "backorder" if the distributor or wholesaler does not have the title in stock, but they should have it.
Due to an unprecendented volume at our primary distributor, we can no longer guarantee delivery by December 25. This is also a result of increased volume at shipping companies from a global increase in online orders. We recommend that you select Priority shipping when you place your order to increase the chance of receiving the order by that date. Orders placed after Dec. 4 will most likely not be received by Christmas. Again, this is an unprecendented volume. We will make every effort to get your order to you, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
Shipping charges are added during the last step of your online checkout session (when you review your order) or calculated on the Mail Order form. Shipping is normally through United States Postal Service. Two different U.S. domestic shipping options and one International shipping option are available.
Note: Rates are based on the total number of items ordered, either multiple copies or different items. If you would like to order more than 10 total items, please contact us about a possible bulk discount. If you are a retailer or library, click here.

Shipping Times: Economy (5-10 business days); Priority (2-3 business days); International Priority Air (varies with destination outside the U.S.). Orders are usually processed within the next two business days. If our in-house inventory is low, we must drop-ship the item directly to your destination from our warehouse, which requires an additional 2-3 days to process. Shipping times are approximate and are NOT guaranteed. Occasionally we may need to split an order into two shipments. Please allow extra time during the holiday season (Thanksgiving through New Year's Day).
